Nevada Governor's Challenge - Veteran Suicide Prevention Initiative | INTRODUCING THE NEW: Northern Nevada Military Collaborative Open House Event | HOSTED BY: Military Animal Project's (MAP) NEW Dog Training & Equine Facility | Come learn about the new N. NV Military Collaborative, how to become a member, participate in our monthly meetings, and learn how we can support your N. Nevada military veteran organization. This is the first event for the Collaborative and it is being hosted by Military Animal Project (MAP) at their new facility. There will be a meet & greet by MAP's Certified Therapy Dog Teams, a tour of the facility as you learn about MAP's Veteran Canine & Equine Buddies Programs! The Veteran Affairs S.A.V.E Program (veteran suicide prevention training) will be presented by Dr. Spring Myers and Aimee Green during lunch time. Lunch will be provided to all attendees! We encourage you to bring your organizations informational materials to share with the attendees.
